Re: Kayak store in Broward
I don't know anything about them, but a quick internet search found Liquid Surf and Sail in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale - http://www.liquidsurfandsail.com/index.cfm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or, Atlantic Coast Kayaks in Pompano - http://www.atlanticcoastkayak.com/cart/ind...

Re: Heritage Marquesa scupper crack...
I took the kayak over to Osprey Bay this afternoon and Tom did what appears to be a great patch job. He did it while I waited and the price was more than reasonable. I will have to give a little testing this weekend to see how it holds up.

Re: Heritage Marquesa scupper crack...
Thanks guys. I called both CCO and Osprey Bay. The guy who answered the phone at Osprey Bay was very familiar with the issue and was able to quote me an actual price (per hour). The person who answered the phone at CCO didn't seem to have any idea what I was talking about and wasn't sure how much it...

Heritage Marquesa scupper crack...
Well, I got home from a couple hours of paddling around tonight and noticed the dreaded scupper hole crack on my Marquesa 14. It really stinks because I just got rid of my Mojo due to cracks in several areas. I got the Marquesa used from Dave over at Action Watersports. It was a couple years old, bu...

Re: first time kayaking - MacDill - 11/27/2010
One thing that you can do to reduce the wind knots is to close your bail by hand instead of just turning the handle to close it. Just close it by hand as your lure hits the water and take time to look at the line on your reel to make sure it isn't looped over the top. Also, you will find that you g...

If you're not going to do the conscientious thing and get a Prius :wink: , I suggest this: http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/vehicle-pictures/2010/toyota/tacoma/06812161990003-480.jpg I would love to get one of these next, after I put another 60-70K on my current truck. I have heard great things ...

Re: Talk me out of it
Honda's are a pain in the ass to work on. I work on my own cars since I have the tools and know how. I repaired the rear disc brake pads, calipers, and rotors on a friend of mines Accord and they had to set screws that were everything but fun to try and remove, so you could remove the old rotors an...

Bob, you may already know this, but that is a Scotty Triple Rod Holder that mounts on to a standard Scotty mount.

You sure? That report was posted on multiple forums this morning and doesn't mention that it was not recent. I suppose it could be older... Maybe Fishmaster will chime in for the final answer.

I have been using the recipe that CB posted at the bottom of this thread: http://paddle-fishing-forum.com/viewtop ... it=winning" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
