How well do topwaters do in the wintery months when the fish kind-a slow down. Last winter was fairly warm and the fish were hitting pretty decent for winter fishing but I didn't try using any topwaters.

I used to read Shallow Water Angler before it disappeared from the racks. If I remember right it was put out by SaltWater Sportsmen (I think thats right, it's been a while). I pretty new to kayak fishing and a coupkle of people have said Kayak Angler's a good read but I Haven't checked them out yet....
