Re: Miguel Bay Launch Tactics (the guard rail and wall)

Thanks everyone! I definitely won't be going over the rocks. I like my extremities too much to try that.

Re: Miguel Bay Launch Tactics (the guard rail and wall)

Thanks all for the replies! To clarify, I know where the launch is along the rail. I'm trying to work out how I'm going to get my 15 foot boat over the rail, down the wall, and into the mangrove tunnel.

I'm curious to hear how folks are getting their boats over the guard rail and down the wall. I'm working to figure out how to get my Prowler 15 ...

Earlier this year I moved from Houston to Bradenton. I usually fish Bishop's Harbor or Cockroach Bay from my yel...

Re: Which braid to use?

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I opted to stick with PowerPro for now. I'll probably give the FINS a shot in the not too distant future.

Which braid to use?

Question to the forum: What braided line are you using these days? I've been using PowerPro for seven or eight years now. I'm happy with it but I figure it's time to consider using something newer. I did a search and saw a couple of comments from 2012 about Ohero and FINS. Is anyone able to provide ...

Whats the best way to get a safe release on a shark if you're sitting in a kayak? I'm guessing it's not such a great idea to pull them up into the boat.
