I wish I had gone fishing! About twenty miles North of Ocala the belt on my water pump turned loose, followed very closely by the top of my radiator. At four Pm on Saturday, could have been a more fun outing.

Time to spank this subject back up! Yes to the Flourocarbon.... 20lb when the water is clear and 25-30lb around structure. If I'm targeting snook...I prefer 25lb at a minimum. I like the Yozuri Pink. I agree with most of that Norm, but it figures you'd like the "pink". I like the greenback...

You put raw eggs in the shell in a Sous Vide, in this case immersion circulator at 144° or 62°C for a hour or so. Very precise cooking, the perfect cooked egg for dipping. It's also a great way to pasteurize eggs for Cesare Salad (60°C).

Gotta eat...breakfast! We start with some maple bacon and a fresh grated hash brown patty. A little avocado on top that with fresh sliced mater, radiceo an oonion. Topped with two Sous Vide eggs CBP and Lousianna Hot Sauce.
