apart from summer, i tend to wear neoprene chesties on almost every trip out. my pfd has 2 adjustable straps, one around the waist and one around the chest, when fastened they act like a wading belt. if i am going on a river, then i will also wear a wading belt. i practise my deep water re-entry as ...

use either a retractable dog leash(if you can get a 20ft one?) or some kind of winder, that way any excess line is still in the boat, but it will be neat and tidy, and out of the way.

English Lake District. At last, got some free time so it was time to brush off the cob webs and get my yak wet.
