Watch the tides very, very carefully. That area is about as unforgiving as anywhere on the wintertime lows.

This is kind of contrary to typical rigging, but I prefer to not have a rod holder in front of me. I just lay the rod in the cockpit where I can grab it and fire off a cast in an instant.
