I have parked in that same place hundreds of times and never had a problem. Now I will worry about it every time I launch there. Does anyone have a pet Pit Bull with Aids that doesn't mind being locked in a truck for a period of time that I could borrow on my fishing days?

Sunset and sunrise are always magical hours. I like to include either one in my fishing trip if possible. One or the other or I don't go fishing. Almost always on the water at least a half hour before sunrise. Even if sunrise isn't the best catching part of the day, it is "magical" as Joh...

Right now the big ones are showing up on the deep water reefs. They are not thick enough to make them the primary species to fish for but when bottom fishing for Snapper, Grouper, ect., most good anglers have a couple of flat lines out for the Kings. Some large Cobia are being caught this way too. W...

I'm glad you added the second post. When I was reading the first post I was thinking that you were not appreciating how well you did. You sight casted to a Red and hooked up, you had the biggest Snook you had ever seen on the line, and you got a show from a Dolphin that a lot of people would have pa...

The Madison is fishing real well right now with nymphs and the Henry's Fork is excellent with "Hopper" imitations. A 6 weight is a good choice.

It's a pretty long drive though.

This is actually good news. Someone posted earlier that he was in an accident with a chipper and my thoughts were much worse than what it sounds like it is. Chippers and chain saws are probably the two most dangerous tools there are.

Prayers go out for his recovery.

Rik,

If you were a good leader, which we all think you are, You would drill a big hole in one of your Kayaks, try the patch, and pass on the outcome to your followers here on PF.Com. Please include pictures.

Thanks for being such a great inspiration and leader.

I think by the letter of the law it would be illegal to keep the fish. I think by the intent of the law you could keep the fish if you caught it inshore. I don't think any enforcement officer would ticket anyone inshore. I also think that anyone using live bait should be required to use circle hooks...
