I don't think the judge was duped as much as colluded, the judge shares the same last name as many of the well know fishermen from the Cortez area.
Kind of says it all really

Re: Watch your step..
Stepped up close to one on a canal shore line in Miami. Good sized and ornery bastard.
I retreated respectfully and did the remainder of my fishing in the bar

Re: Flamingo didn't disappoint
That is interesting Dustin, maybe we need to venture to WhiteWater on the next trip
Yep typically the areas we fished have held lots of Snook, much more than Tarpon, maybe they have juts shifted there residence, thats greta to hear they are still around though, thanks for the feedback Dustin.

Re: Flamingo didn't disappoint
One very noticeable and disconcerting anomaly was the lack of quality Snooky and in some areas any Snooky. The Glades got hit hard and the recovery is still very much in its infancy. In one particular area every spot that looked Snooky held fish but Trout not Snook. A place where before 2010 those s...

I use three colors mainly when flats fishing
Avacado Red Glitter
Red Gold
Gold
Bright clear days and/or clean water - Gold
Overcast days and/or dark water - Avacado Red
Anything in between I throw the Red Gold

Not in alot of the places I fish. I usually fish alone, so it's not an issue, but when I have company it would be handyEvan wrote: But...you've got cell service up there, right?

Re: VHF Handhelds
I'm buying it for up here Evan, it was just the Glades trip, that made me realize how handy they are, we were fishing in sight of each other, but to far to shout and no cell signal, it would have been nice to call the guys over when i found fish and vice versa
