So far this year fishing around caladesi and honeymoon has been below slow. I use artificals, bait, and persistence. The lack of action is most likely the reason there are a paucity of posts in this forum. The plastic navy is thick on the flats just no action.

I have seen dolphins tossing fish to each other before. Like a game of catch. You only see these things from a kayak. How many turtles does a power boater see? Kayakers see them all of the time. Keep paddling.
