Might be a few issues if you want to launch early or you happen to come back in too late. I wonder how heavily they will enforce that for kayakers. I also guess that means no fishing at night.

Wow Great report and really nice pics as usual from you I was about to ask if you can eat them when they are that large....then I saw Steve post that they are great on the grill. Seems you always see them thrown back on TV and no one mentions whether they eat them or not.

Yup...I caught some small snook as well around some docks on the west side too....small being the operative word.

I have only fished it once...but it is an interesting area. Some nice oyster bars to fish which can produce some decent reds. Depending on the tides....lots of shallow areas up river from the boat launch but once again....check the areas around the oyster bars. Launch early to avoid what can be heav...
