I can't complain about the cost of the Penn battle it was free. I won it in a contest at work. Now that I sold my stuff to Blake I can put it on a new rod.

The Penn Fierce combo has rubber grips on the rod and a 4+1 bearing system. The Sargus has cork grips and a 5+1 bearing system. The Sargus is a better combo off the rack for sure. I have a brand new Penn Battle that has yet to see the water. I can't wait to use it.
