Nothing like a deep fried Turkey 8) I will be sinking the bird around 1pm tomorrow into some really hot peanut oil...I can hardly wait.

Yes, happy Thanksgiving to all.
Here is a funny story from last year, one you'll appreciate Ray.
My girl's niece & her new husband from Nottingham England were at the family gathering & he was excited to experience his first Thanksgiving. We deep fried a turkey & while he was distracted we substituted a cornish hen in the fryer. When we pulled it out he took it in stride but my girl's niece was horrified because she thought the dinner was ruined. :lol:
