The next morning got up at 4:30 and on the water by 5:00 paddled out to where the juvies had been rolling the day before. It was just about safe light when I started trolling a lip bait. Not long after the rod was almost ripped from my hands!!!! I screamed, think I peed a little, the drag was screaming, fish jumped and that was the end of the excitement!!!! I JUMPED MY VERY FIRST TARPON EVER!!!!! I can't begin to give you size or weight as I was so freakin' excited I was shaking to death!!! What I can tell you is that 60 seconds (or less) was the best sex I've EVER had!!! lol It was Incredible and bittersweet.
I met up with my brother a while later and here are some pics from the rest of the day which was not very stellar but it's still a day i'll never forget!
