Ride 135 rudder question

I'm installing a rudder for my ride 135 and got to a point in the instructions that Talks about the sliders and installing a stop screw for them and I'm not finding any videos on puting a stop screw in do I need to do this?

I didn't put the stop screw in when I installed the rudder on my ride. I would say use it a few times and see if you think it is necessary.
