This trout was caught near Eugene, Oregon this past July on a small may fly imitation. It was in a catch and release section of river, just before dark
Be thankful for every day and especially those fine days on the water
Nice fish. I used to live in Sandy, OR and fished the Clackamas river for trout and steelhead every chance I had. They loved roostertails and also a salmon egg on a small hook.
We would also fish the Columbia river for stugeon using a railroad spike for the weight. Good Times!
