Sunshine bass help

I'm looking for a place to go for sunshine bass. I know they're in Lake Manatee, but I haven't seen a school in years.

Are there any reliable lakes for sunshine bass?

Any tips would be appreciated.

Medard Res. in Hillsborough County is the most reliable spot I've heard of.
