Format - Each angler will be given 2 AQUA DREAM Spoons. You are not allowed to bring any other lures, hooks, jigheads, popping corks, split shots, etc. with you. If we find any lures on your kayak other than the lures provided you will be disqualified. You may bring a maximum of 2 fishing rods with you. The use of scents like Procure or Gulp juice is not allowed.

Scoring - You be given a sheet on the morning of the event which details the scoring format.

Date - April 13, 2013

Location - South Shore of Tampa Bay. There are 6 specific allowed launch locations for this event. E.G. Simmons Park, Cockroach Bay boat ramp, Bishop Harbor Boat ramp, Bullfrog Creek at US 41, South Skyway rest area Joe Bay side and South Skyway rest area Miguel Bay side.

Sign in Time - Sign in will begin at 6:30 a.m. and will end at 7:00 a.m. The sign in will be at the Southside Baptist Church parking lot located at appx 4237 US 41, Ruskin, FL. The church is on the east side of the road and is about a mile south of Cockroach Bay Road. Put this in Google maps - Fox Place and US 41, Ruskin

Cost - $10 per angler ($5 entry and $5 for lures). Please bring exact change.

Launch Time - You may launch your paddle/peddle craft at 7:15 a.m. and not a second sooner.

Judging - Judging begins at 1:30 p.m. and ends at 2:00 p.m.

Pic n' Sip Location -The Pic n' Sip location will be held at Beanie's Family Sports Grill

Beanie's is at 2002 US 41 South in Ruskin. About 2 miles north of Cockroach Bay Road, on the east side of the road.

Hard limit of 65 anglers for this one.

Seeing that each spoon retails for about $6 that's a pretty darn good deal. Practically being paid to fish again. Gonna have to get Wonderboy in the loop on this one...it's his goto lure. I'll commit to showing up when I know my work schedule.
