HOW TO POST PICTURES - updated

The first thing you have to do is find someplace to store the pics on-line. There are many sites that will do this - here are a few: Fishingworks.com, Forumpictureprocessor.com and Photobucket.com.
Once the pic is stored somewhere on-line, find the pic at that site and right click on the picture. Then click properties and copy the url (the web address) for that picture.
Now create your post. Where you want your picture, click the 'Img' button above and will be added to your post. Paste the url for the picture between the two .
It will look like this in your post:

Couple notes:
The address in the browser bar is not necessarily the address for the picture. If you right click and go to properties as written above, you will get the correct url.
Many sites have thumbnail images that you click on to get a larger view. If you use the address for the thumbnail, the thumbnail pic is the pic that will be posted. And, no, you won't be able to click on the thumbnail and get a larger image.
Second try at explaining it:
Go to http://photobucket.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and open and account. It's free and easy.
Follow their instruction s on uploading pics to your account.
Once you upload a pic, you'll get a page that looks like this:
Click on the IMG Code - where the red arrow is pointing - and it will show that you copied it like this:
Then put it in your post like this
And, after you click submit for your post, it will look like this
