Manta Ray Rudder

Any of you folks out there have a LL Manta Ray with a rudder? I think I'll probably make one, just want a couple of pics to run through my head for ideas.
LL wants $250 for the rudder kit & is reluctant to send me pics. That's alot of clams for some aluminum some hardware & a couple of cables.

Have you tried kayakfishingstuff.com? The $250 really isn't bad, but you should be able to pick up one for around $175 at kfs.

Try this thread. I posted some photos of my LL rudder on the Manta Ray. I got it from Black Creek in Jacksonville. It took months to get from LL but it works OK.
