New Moon Fishing

It looks like I am going to be in the Flamingo area for a new moon in April. How should the fishing be under a new moon? I know fishing can be tough the couple of days after a full moon, but have not heard anything about a new moon. Any info is appreciated.

There's all kinds of theories about moons and tides and solunar and blue skies and and and .....

The only sure thing is that the best to go fishing is when you can! You have your date set, not much you can do about all the other stuff. Just convince yourself that the fishing will be the best it's been in decades for the days you'll be there.
