I haven't seen much freshwater action on the forums so I figured I'd put up some reports from the past few weeks over here in Polk County. DaveyT and I have been hitting it pretty hard lately, and it has paid off. Here are some pics and videos. Mostly frog fishing.
Some of dave's fish, including his first 2 fish on the fly. He has some much bigger fish but I do not have the pictures.
A couple of my better bass.

A nice report and photos.
I bass fish here in southwest Florida and some in Miami when I get over there.
I mostly use spinning gear here as I mostly bank fish and it is hard to get a clean backcast with the brushy banks.
What fly did your partner use? Floating or sinking line? I have a selection of streamers and bass hair poppers etc.

Be thankful for every day and especially those fine days on the water

I'd love to check out some peacocks if it didn't mean going to miami.bluebill wrote:A nice report and photos.

He was using some kind of popping fly. I don't know much about fly fishing.
