New kayak angler from Naples
Hey guys im new to kayak fishing but love it so far. If anyone is from the Naples area and would like to share some fishing spots that would be great. I live close to Marco Island. I have been fishing rookery bay a few times with little to no luck. Any suggestions would be great, Im looking to catch mainly snook, redfish, tarpon, and trout.

I vacationed at Marco last year at this time & had good success fishing rookery bay using same techniques used by most on here.
Light jigs & DOA plastics worked around oyster bars on the rising tide were the ticket for jacks & I caught my first snook there on those baits also.
Ladies & trout I found in deeper water especially where a channel was near.

Hey man,
I'm from Naples as well. Just getting into the sport. I know a few great spots that I've fished via shore in Rookery Bay producing some huge snook, reds, and a couple sharks in the mix.

Nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught.
