With a few other folks from these parts I was privileged to be in attendance at Joe's (Zero Six) retirement ceremony yesterday. He spent the last 24 years serving us, wearing the Army's uniform. Today he is heading north, way north, to begin his new life with his new family.
It has been a pleasure getting to know Joe the past couple years. He's the personification of the greatness of our armed forces.
Miss ya already Joe. God 's speed.
Best wishes Lieutenant Colonel Joseph F. Lineberry, Jr.

No worries - Mr. Lineberry will be wearing a new toque, drinkin' a Molson, and hole-jumping some pike fisherman in the North Woods before you know it...

Joe is taking Paddle-Fishing.com to some interesting places on his journey north
Over every mountain there is a path, although it may not be seen from the valley
