Steinhatchee on Sunday

I caught the last couple hours of the outgoing tide and a little of the incoming today at Steinhatchee. The tide was lower than I have ever seen it with an irratating NE wind.

Only three trout for four hours of work. Days with this much wind make me seriously consider some type of drift sock to slow things down.

I guess the winter pattern is here because I usually see a lot of reds in the clear water. I saw no reds and only a few trout in the sand holes.

Oh well, I guess a day on the water is better than working in the yard.
