Double Branch won't have any water in it until it rains again.

I am looking for a place to fish when it gets very windy and cold ....I heard this place can be great for those conditions. Any other places that are close to there or nearby?Trying not to travel so far these days.

I was considering doing the same. Will you use the State Street put in or the Park? I would like to know which spot people prefer launching from.VFTG wrote:Sunday is supposed to be pretty breezy, I'm planning to check out Double Branch for the first time then. At least check the area out.

I'm not sure if we'll be going after all, since the weather is supposed to suck. I have checked out the State St. launch which looks very good since I can slide my kayak right out the back of my truck to the water. The park launch is down a boardwalk to a floating dock. So I prefer the easier State St. launch.plagsage wrote:I was considering doing the same. Will you use the State Street put in or the Park?
