Since we've been on the Mullet subject (well, at least I have. ha!)

Mullet Spread

2 Smoked Mullet
1/2 Meduim Onion Minced
1/2 Celery Stalk Minced
2 teaspoons Fresh Parsley Minced
2 Tlb Sweet Pickle Relish OR ....
6 Sweet Gherkins (Pickles) Minced
2 Tlbs minced Jalepeno (I use the jar not fresh)
1/4 Fresh Large Lime squeezed.
2 Tlbs Spicy Brown Mustard
2 Tlbs Mayo

Sounds like I should of kept the big ole mullet I hooked a few days ago.
