I looked at the canoe launch device in the upper tampa bay park. The launch looks easy sit in and give it a yahoo. The kayak should slide in. I could not imagine how to use this for landing a kayak. It must work but the method eludes my understanding. I either overlooked the instructions or there were none posted. This is embarassing since no instructions mean the method is obvious. But not to me!
