Clam Bayou Warning

I was down at Clam Bayou this afternoon. The City of St. Pete has put warning signs all along the shore, about every 50'. Warning contaminated water - no swimming, fishing or other water activities. Contact with the water could lead to serious disease...... (that's from memory, not word for word).
