We have some very similar that we mad and they hold kayaks for weeks on end. No problems as of yet, going on about 2 years .

Is anyone fishing around Panama City? Were getting out a few days a week early in the morning, mostly fishing the Burnt Mill Creek Area, been doing okay w/trout and reds.
