I got the manual inflatable as mentioned above. I took my new kayak out for the maiden voyage today to test EVERYTHING out.

I always use the Bassomatic for a refreshing, protein filled shake. That's how I do it, too. And I top it off with a little New Shimmer floor polish/dessert topping! (BTW...glad everyone chimed in to mention that this is not a special way of filleting a fish...this is the only way I've seen it done...

Great responses, everybody. It's nice to hear all the viewpoints and get a sense of the climate. I have no doubt that when I start fishing a lot more, there could come a time when the hassle of cleaning and cooking might be a part of the experience I'd rather pass up.
