With the oil, and my home owners insurance being non-renewed for the second time in 9 years, it's time to move out of FL.
To bad it'll take years to sell this house.

I saw one of those cell phone bags while looking at kayaks last week. I was told you can even use the phone under water, though I doubt I ever would. It looks nice to me, as it will float, and you can use it while in the bag.

I thought the 140 had a good seat, maybe I'll have to look at another kayak.
