The 16 can be paddled solo but you need a cooler or some kind of weight up front. http://www.lwnog.com/forum/index.php Thats the Native owner's forum, thats the best place for the question imo.

I use the revo inshore reels. I replaced all of my daiwa coastal reels after I tried the revo. there is a price difference though.
The inshore doesn't have magnets thats a good thing for saltwater imo.

Tilapia are easy on the bed. Use a turd fly. Bill at Bill Jackson's tied some for me. Its a brown thingy on a small hook lol, fuzzy pipe cleaner looking. I found black works the best.
