Anyone own the Blackpak from YakAttack? Is this better than a standard milk crate ? Are their other options to store your gear and rods in your yak beside the milk crate? Seems like the milk crate is popular for kayak fishing.
Thanks

Re: Miguel Bay Launch Tactics (the guard rail and wall)
Launch on rest area side and paddle under bridge to Miguel Bay. Better than blowing out your back trying to get over guard rail and through the trees

Re: Kayak Purchase: Online or Local Dealer
Talked to my local dealer and gave them the price ACK quoted me. I sent the dealer the email confirmation I received from ACK with their price quote for the Revo 13. The dealer told me he would do everything he could to match ACK price. 15 minutes later I received a call from the dealer stating that...

Kayak Purchase: Online or Local Dealer
I can save $300.00 purchasing a Hobie online through Austin Canoe and Kayak compared to a local shop here in Sarasota. I like to buy locally and support business here and the local kayak shop has great customer service. I know ACK is very Reputable as well. I know that buying locally if I have a iss...

Hobie Revolution 13 vs Tarpon 140
Currently have a WS Ride 135 but been considering 2nd kayak. Thought I was set on Tarpon but then had a chance to use a Hobie Revolution. Now reconsidering, maybe Revolution would give me more versatility with my Ride 135. Anyone have any personal experience and can offer any input. How are the Hobi...

Re: Demo Results between Tarpon 120 and Tarpon 140
Anyone have an opinion on the addition of a rudder on the Tarpon 140? Is worth the cost? Or would the cost of adding a rudder be better spent on a quality paddle?

Re: New kayak Help
Would the Tarpon 140 be similar to the Ride 135 in speed and stability, maybe a better choice than the 140 or 160?
