Have read darker colors for muddy or dirty water and lighter colors for clearer water. Then there is darker colors for low light conditions and bright colors for sunny or brighter days. Thanks. Was looking for a place to launch into Tillette Bayou. Drove around bay shore drive on backside of the Bayou. Looked like most areas close to the bayou is private properity. Hate to park and get towed. I guess the only way to access is from south skyway rest area via Miguel Bay

Thanks. I know there is a place to launch into Willams Bayou off stotz rd, access rd before you get to the toll road to the skyway. Unfortunatly the area around Tillette Bayou is all private property and have to be careful where you park or could get towed.

Was considering soing some fishing in the local bayous around the South Skyway Bridge, Willams Bayou, Tillette Bayou, Critical Bayou. Wilderness Systems Ride 115 or 135. Stable, tracks well, lots of space. Only limitation is the weight of of the WS 135.

Planning on checking out area near Bimini Bay near Anna Maria Island. Going to launch behind Holmes beach PD, public boat ramp. I want to check area out to possibly night fish around docks. If anyone is interested planning to launch around 700 AM. Hope not heavy boat traffic due to holiday.

Ended up at Palma Sola Bay. 1 Snook a few trout, Ladyfish and a Jack

I spoke to the sergeant at the police department last week about parking after dark near the ramp area. He said it is ok and very safe to park in the lot next to to the baseball fields.
