I like to go on night trips and I wouldn't mind going with someone else. Normally I go by myself though.

The new rod hasn't given me any problems yet with the 6wt line.

I don't think I put any nicks in it I had only used some little panfish poppers on it to try it out with a 6wt line on a little pond and then put the 8wt on there to try it instead. I only had it for about a two weeks. I guess it could have been a defect.
