Geoffsnook and I joined SRQgator down on his home turf, and he was the man, the guide, and a heck of a host. we fished some interesting area, I would have never pegged it as productive, but for a cold day in January it was, most of the fish were caught on various paddle tails in about 3 feet of water.
Here are the pics, taken by the trip photographer (AKA, the guy who only caught one giant sheepshead on a jerk bait).
SRQ hooked up first.
Then Geoff
Thanks Jay for a great day.

I'll have to tear that card off next time. It looks a little goofy. The sheepshead wasn't captured on film because Jim caught it. He was the camera man for the day. I mean, he is a guide and all. I think he should do more photography and less fishing...
Jay instructed us that Cal jigs are the ticket down there. And he was the host.
