For a wrapping Jig, check out this website http://www.steelheader.net/Rodbuilding/ ... od_jig.htm I built this jig, the functionality is great.
Just remember; your epoxy, thread, wrap finishing stuff, tape/tube (to hold guides while wrapping) can be a fairly large cost. Don't forget to figure that into your budget.
Also, I found a dryer motor w/ chuck on ebay a while back.
