it seems like lately Ryan 's got the number on the large snook that live in Tampa Bay...let's hope he continues the streak come 321 Slam tournament time.

the day started a little rough with a decision to make: do we launch or go back to bed? everyone knows however that no hardcore angler would be afraid of a little rain or 15 knot winds...so we launched
for me, catching fish started early; right before the first line of showers got thru. Not even close to Ryan's big fish but nevertheless 1/3 of the slam that I would end up catching. Found him behind a sand bar where it was calm so I was able to work the always dependable bone jr.
the redfish bite was also outstanding today and they were hitting the topwater lures aggressively all morning long
Redfisher does it again

Thanks Peter. It's always a pleasure fishing with you man. You're right the reds have been very aggressive. I have had several lately that hit and ran so hard you would think they were twice their size. Redfish on topwater are so much fun. Well all fish really.
We were definitely rewarded for toughing out the nasty weather with a nice day of catching.
