Simplicity...
Corn on the cob grilled with a little Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Anaheim Chiles with the same.
THICK cut bone in pork chop rubbed with Spicy Chile Sauce and soy sauce.
A meal with few ingredients is harder to pull off then one with many. Going simple is an attempt at perfection. I will never achieve that level of cooking but I sure will love the attempts along the way. I hope you do as well.

Re: Simplicity...
Mark, No I have not. Typically I like a nice herbed chile lime butter rubbed on. Else I just grill it plain and add butter salt and pepper.
Shamus. I work in the meat department at Publix now. Let me know when and I can pick up a couple. Prices are GREAT right now.

Try it sometime, you won't need butter. We used to soak them overnight (1/2 milk, 1/2 water to cover) and roast them at the Taste of Pinellas, sold out every time.
