We are just using turkey and duck breast with some Chicken, Feta and spinach sausage for the middle!

I fergot the turkey and duck were in Poultry Brine for about 6 hours
Then we get ready to roll.
All rolled up and ready for BACON!
And we have bacon!

Now we stuff the ABT's with a blended mix of dates, almonds and honey with some cashews on top and bacon wrapped.
All wrapped up and ready for the grille! Cooked on the Weber indirect at 325°.
Then we fill the green peppers wit the rice dressing.

Peppers filled up and tooth picked together - ready fo da grille.
Now we find the Weber, using the iQue.
One hour in. ABT's done!!
Now we finish up the Turduchen roll and stuffed peppers.
Ok we gotta cut it!
