After being houselocked for almost 6 weeks with Pneumonia I am finally getting out toomrrow hitting the beach with the "Buggywhip" and this bunch of Snook Candy I tied up.....The Clousers are already rigged to the Buggywhip......I am stoked...just to get out

Outstanding. Let us know how you do. I was at Honeymoon Island a couple weeks ago and didn't see any on the beaches. I have friends in Sarasota who say they've arrived. Hopefully, they're up here by now.
I was out at Honeymoon saturday walking the beach. I didn't see any snook. I did catch a bunch of ladyfish on a white schminnow along with a flounder. Switched to a gurgler around 8:30 am and was able to pick up a few specs, but no snook. I did see some tarpon rolling about 100 yards out.

I doubt they show this week as well. West winds predicted almost every day. I live in S. Tampa, but I try to hit Honeymoon once week --- pain in the ass drive, but a beautiful place --- about once a week. I'll let you guys know what's going on --- and if anything changes.
