I was in Tallahassee this past week visiting our Branch Office.
While there, my Project Manager gave me two bottles of Seminole Swamp Seasoning. He said to just put a bunch on some chicken wings and nothing else. Slow cook them and they will be the best thing you have ever tasted.
I bought a couple bags of wings from Publix, smoked them for about an hour, then just finished them off with some high heat on the grill. I have to admit, they were pretty good. Being a life long Everglades Seasoning user, I think I may substitute the Seminole Swamp Seasoning for a while.
My guy got it from the maker in Quincy. But I think it is available at Winn Dixie.
Try some, I am sure some of the master chefs on PF.com can do better than I can.
