Chris,

Where you going? I think I am taking the girls out again. Probably Cockroach or Simmons.

But don't expect me at the crack of dawn. Can't get the teenager up that early.

I'll probably be going out to Honeymoon in the morning. I'd love to make it down to cockroach but I'm strapping the kayak on top of a dodge charger with foam blocks... :| I can't safely go over 50 so I stay close-ish to home.
If anyone is out there come say hi, I'm brand new to this kayak fishing thing and to the area.

So much for that. It was a wash out. And to top it off, on the way home I look in the rear view mirror and see my canoe sliding down 41. It fell off the trailer. So I pull over, right next to the rotting, stinky, road kill armadillo to put it back on the trailer with the help of a friendly passer by.

Oh well. Such is life.

Remember kiddies, listen to your elders.

Just road rash on the canoe. I like to think of them as love taps.

Yes it was steve and i got on the about 545 and it was fine nice little breeze that we havent felt in a while. Steve caught a few trout myself i stunk it up but i also to busy paying attention to the 2 storms that decided to meet in the middle and cause some downpour, booms and light shows all in all everyone made in safe. NOW as far the meterologists goes nothing showed of rain this morning until later around noon hope yall enjoy your 6 figure income and provide nonaccurate weather. Im done venting about that. Its back to the ponds for me until tourney time.

I went back out later in the afternoon just before 4pm, the tide was rushing out and I wanted to see who was hungry. Wasn't about until an hour or so later this gal smashed my lure!
After a really good drag screaming fight I was rewarded with this 33.5" beauty.
