The Adios is the perfect kayak design for the upper bay backwaters. Anyone else here paddle one?

How much does it weigh?
Re: Surprised I haven't seen much mention of Diablo Paddlesp
About 60 lbs. Fits in the back of a pickup easily, especially with a cheap bed extender from Harbor Freight.
Very stable and easy to stand on for sight casting, working topwaters, etc.

I owned one for a while. It is definitely the most stable kayak. Durable and light. However I found it to be a bear to paddle long distances and and alot of hull slap. If you float rivers or small lakes, you'd be hard pressed to find a better kayak.

Yeah...its not speedy. A Hobie PA is going to be a better option in the ICW or around Desoto, but the Diablo really shines in the backwaters or shallow / skinny flats.
Just surprised I don't see more of them around here, with all the mangroves and creeks to explore.
