Im really not sure, my vanish that i have had was doing ok, untill it sat in my hatch with some saltwater and i think rotted it. But vanish seemed to stay pretty clear...

My seagar seems to get the "Milky" color allot easier.

Fluoro Premier is the best thing out right now (IMHO). I've been using the 28lb and have had days where I've caught a ton of fish without one mark on the leader.

The biggest Snook I've caught since using it was a 33 incher that gave me a wonderful fight. In the end, I checked my leader and you could barely tell the difference... just a small section of the leader was discolored.

Amazing stuff.

So far I have seen no difference in strength and durability. No monster Snook yet but I gave it a good workout sight fishing for Snook at Casey Key last weekend.

Tripple Fish sucks. It has this great tendency to peel like string cheese whe it gets nicked. I have not had this problems with other brands, any one else??

Man I am with you on the string-cheese. That line is the worst I have ever used.
I think I am going home tonight and throw away that half-used Triple-Fishcrap since I tend to forget since it is in my bag, then I remember after a couple of casts… string-cheesing-on me.

I don’t get it, why this line chafes so easily? I never reel my leader knot into the rod-eye, so why after just a few casts, does this stuff start going south????
Maybe my supply is just too old. Let me see, bought it in 1993, no 94, yea, it’s not the age, it just SUCKS!
:D
Scupper holes I thought were to drain the pee out?
