up at 4:30am...cuban coffee @ 5am...5:00-6am - waiting for the prebribed gatekeepers to keep their promise and let me in before 6am...6:15am is 1st bonefish

I would have to say my favorite time of day, fishing or no fishing, is daybreak. However, I will fish whenever I can and when I can fish that then becomes my favorite time to fish.
