Can I use one fly rod (with one fly) and one spinning rod (with one lure) and remain in the same division as everyone else?

It is with sadness that I must withdraw from this one. Some medical stuff in the family going on and a surgery is shed. for the 8th. I can almost hear the collective sigh of relief from you folks as you realize there is now a chance at a win.
My money is on my homeboy Mark M. He finished strong last year and has since visited the fishing grounds of his youth to further hone his skills and meditate in the wilds of the Great North East. Be afraid.
