1/12/08 Ft. Desoto

Fished the incoming at Ft. Desoto again today. I got on the same school of reds that I found yesterday, but they were not as cooperative as yesterday. Ended up catching 3 reds, 2 rats and 1 22". Also caught a few small trout. Everything was caught on Gulps on a Hank Browns. One of the rats had a messed up tail similar to the one yesterday.

I wonder what is happening to these tails.

nice job again. those gulps seem to be working well for you. I caught a trout this week that had only about an 1/8th of a tail that was still bleeding a little. he still put up a good fight for his size. i guess a small shark got a hold of it.

They are on fire!
Had one of my best days in a while with the Reds today. Makes me want to go tomorrow again.
