I remember chasing a school of cownose once thinking they were redfish, even had a redish color to them under the water.

When I first moved to Tampa, I was driving over the CC to Clearwater and saw what I thought was a huge school of redfish tailing.....since all my experience had been east coast in the Lagoon, it wasnt that common to see a 100 reds tailing on a flat...so I pulled over in disbelief. Turns out they were rays. They can fool you.
