carbon fiber tubing?

I was wondering where you guys get your carbon fiber tubing from to put on the but section of the rod between the split grips?

If the carbon is not built in the blank (i.e, Matrix) then you'll have to use a carbon sleeve on a blank that doesn't come with one. Here's where I get my sleeves...http://www.sollercomposites.com
